At Amir Arabia, we take pride in delivering authentic and carefully packaged fragrances. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, dislike of a fragrance, or incorrect selection.

Eligible Claims

Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Product damaged or leaked during delivery
• Genuine manufacturing or sealing defect
• Item missing from the order

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the parcel, shipping label, and product. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be requested for damage-related claims.

Opened, sprayed, used, or unsealed perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange, except where Amir Arabia determines that a genuine manufacturing defect exists.

For approved claims, a replacement will generally be provided. If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund may be issued.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Amir Arabia as soon as possible with your order number.
