Return & Refund Policy

At Amir Arabia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every fragrance is delivered in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The product was missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unopened.
Be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Be reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened perfume bottles.
Used fragrances.
Products with broken seals.
Gift cards.
Clearance or sale items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

5. Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our mistake, Amir Arabia will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
